This is the canonical inventory of tools, platforms, and internal dashboards the eco|monetize™ operating system uses. CEO-reviewed and approved 2026-04-14. Once a tool is listed here, it gets a stub page in /knowledge/tools/ or /knowledge/platforms/ (or /knowledge/tools/ with type: internal-tool for homegrown dashboards) with YAML frontmatter per the destination folder's README conventions.
CEO review log
Reviewed 2026-04-14 by Rick Hartley. Key decisions documented:
- 3 CRMs, 3 distinct roles: Monday.com (primary internal ops), Salesforce (#1 for customer use + integration), HubSpot (#2 secondary). All active.
- Google Workspace primary, Microsoft 365 held for Teams integration development. Both active but for different purposes.
- Meeting platform leaning Google Meet once recording is upgraded. Currently using Sembly for transcription + Granola for silent capture. Multi-tool environment pending consolidation. All meeting capture systems need to be integrated as part of the product.
- Tailor Brands is the business-admin bundle (LLC formation, business paperwork, accounting, banking). Currently active but evaluating alternatives — customer support is poor.
- Lovable is active for website + presentations + graphic assets, planned sunset January 2027.
- Projects App is deprecated — Monday.com replaced it. Still exists for viewing agent-file rollups from the old production path, but new work goes to Monday.com.
- Subscription Cost Report v1.0 + Projects App are the two confirmed internal dashboards Rick regularly accesses. Additional internal dashboards surfaced via Jordan's production-migration audit (morning-briefing, content-portal, ecosystem-resources, subscription-intelligence, help) are in the process of being routed to /dashboards/ and exposed via Tailscale.
Pending follow-up
- Meeting scheduler — Rick to recall name — Rick mentioned he was evaluating a second scheduler beyond Calendly but couldn't remember the name during review. Filed to inbox as a follow-up prompt for next sweep. Catalog shows only Calendly under Meeting Scheduling until the name is recalled.
