LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Purpose

Prospecting and lead-identification tool on LinkedIn. Primary workflow: identify ICP-matching leads via LinkedIn's advanced search and export to CSV for import into Monday.com contacts/leads.

How we use it

CSV export → Monday.com import workflow (inbox-captured as a pending task on 2026-04-14 by Rick). No native MCP or API integration — purely manual export + structured import. When CMO and vp.sales agents are Active, one of them owns the periodic import and enrichment pass.

Setup & credentials

Sales Navigator subscription. Credentials in 1Password (personal LinkedIn account).

Owner

vp.sales — as the primary sales owner in v1.2. cmo at the executive layer may also drive LinkedIn-side prospecting for marketing ICPs.

Notes

  • Manual CSV workflow is friction; future integration via Make.com scenario is possible but not yet built
  • LinkedIn API access is restrictive — Sales Navigator data mostly stays exportable-only
