Google Drive

Purpose

File storage and sharing for documents, assets, and file-based collaboration. Holds Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and non-Google files uploaded for sharing. Includes shared drives for team/project-level access.

How we use it

gws-drive skill stack. Supports upload with metadata, bulk folder download, shared drive creation, folder organization, watch changes, file-to-link sharing. Historical backup location for Project.Manager production content via backup-to-gdrive.sh.

Setup & credentials

Google Workspace OAuth. Rick's account is info@ecomonetize.com. Path prefix: /Users/rhartley/Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-info@ecomonetize.com/My Drive/.

Owner

chief.staff handles organizational file coordination; content-specific ownership flows to relevant agent.
