Projects App¶

Purpose¶

Legacy internal HTML dashboard built by Rick (with Claude Code assistance) as one of his first Claude projects. Reads project.md and task.md files from the filesystem and renders them as a Kanban-style view. Was the operational dashboard before Monday.com became the canonical source of record.

Status¶

Deprecated — replaced by Monday.com per CLAUDE.md Section 8. Still usable for viewing agent-file rollups from the old production path, but new work goes to Monday.com.

Historical value¶

Rick notes that the dashboard "does allow me to view what the agents see because it uses native project.md and task.md files to roll up." This is a legitimate feature that the new Obsidian Dataview dashboards will partially replace but not fully match — the Dataview dashboards target governance/operational data, not agent-file-native rollups.

Hosting¶

File at Google Drive path (synced via iCloud / Google Drive desktop app). No server — just a static HTML file opened in browser.

Notes¶

Projects App is an early Claude Code proof-of-concept — has historical value as the pattern for agent-readable file rollups
No migration planned — file stays at current Google Drive path, gradually becomes unused as Monday.com + Obsidian cover its functionality
