Purpose

Prospecting and contact/company enrichment for ICP targets. Primary tool for people search, organization enrichment, and contact data for the ecosystem revenue intelligence (ERI) work.

How we use it

Apollo provides contact and organization data for prospect targeting, ICP enrichment, and partner/customer research. Access via Claude Code MCP (mcp__claude_ai_Apollo_io__*) — supports people search, organization enrichment, contact creation/update, and emailer campaign management. 75/month credit allowance on the Basic plan (resets 1st of month).

Setup & credentials

MCP server installed. Upgraded from free to Basic $59/mo plan 2026-03-25. Org enrichment + people search unlocked. Credentials location TBD — likely in 1Password API-Keys/apollo vault per general pattern. Credit tracker historically at _Shared/Data/apollo-credit-tracker.md (production path — migration pending).
