Google Meet¶

Purpose¶

Preferred internal meeting / video conferencing choice. Part of the eco|monetize™ move toward Google Meet as the primary meeting platform for internal use, pending subscription upgrade to enable recording.

How we use it¶

Internal team meetings, investor calls, partner conversations. Integrated with Google Calendar for scheduling. Planned consolidation point once recording + transcription features are upgraded — at which point Sembly and Granola become complementary rather than primary capture tools.

Setup & credentials¶

Access via Google Workspace subscription. MCP integration via gws-meet skill — supports creating meeting spaces and sharing join links. OAuth-authenticated through the broader Google Workspace skill stack.

Owner¶

tbd — meeting platform ownership not yet assigned in v1.2 roster. Likely candidates: chief.staff (if CoS owns daily cadence including meeting infrastructure) or a future ops role.

Recording feature not yet enabled on current subscription — upgrade in progress via Tailor Brands

All meeting capture systems need to be integrated into the eco|monetize product as part of the Revenue OS signal pipeline
