Google Keep¶

Purpose¶

Lightweight notes and voice-capture tool. Historically the mobile voice-capture source for the inbox pipeline (Google Keep → Google Docs → INBOX.md → dashboard) documented at /Claude/dashboards/production-migration/inbox-setup-guide.html.

How we use it¶

gws-keep skill stack. Supports note management. Historically fed the inbox voice-capture pipeline — Rick could speak into his phone using Keep's voice input, then the Keep note would sync to Google Docs, then a sync script would pull into INBOX.md, then the dashboard would display it.

Owner¶

chief.staff — was the monitor of the old INBOX.md pipeline. The pipeline is NOT yet rebuilt for the v1.2 vault (filed as a follow-up for code.platform).

Notes¶

Secondary notes tool — most notes live in Obsidian now per Tool Selection Policy
