Monday.com¶
Purpose¶
Canonical source of record for all active work in the eco|monetize™ operating system per [[CLAUDE]] Section 8. Primary internal project management tool + secondary CRM (alongside Salesforce which is #1 for customer-facing integration work).
How we use it¶
4-board hierarchy (Roadmap → Sprints → Epics → Tasks) as the operational backbone. Missions are modeled as Epics with a governance wrapper per Jordan's approved schema v1 (2026-04-14). Worker Features and validator activities are Tasks on the Tasks board linked to the parent Mission Epic via epic_tasks board_relation. Workers query one surface (Tasks board only). chief.staff runs Monday.com hygiene audits on every morning and EOD enforcement sweep.
Setup & credentials¶
OAuth-authenticated via Claude Code MCP server (mcp__claude_ai_monday_com__*). Workspace: dev (id 14304427). Primary boards: Roadmap (18403894324), Sprints (18403894318), Epics (18403894321), Tasks (18403894317). MCP write operations available for create_item, change_item_column_values, create_update, etc.
Owner¶
project.manager (Jordan) — authored the Mission↔Monday.com schema v1 and owns ongoing column maintenance + Mission orchestration. chief.staff handles daily hygiene audits + Mission classification at intake.

Notes¶
- Schema v1 approved by CEO 2026-04-14 (Option D: worker Features as Tasks via
epic_tasks, validation activities as Tasks with file-based QA Report deliverables, closeout via Mission Phase column) - Old 30-agent Owner Agent dropdown still in place; bulk reassignment to v1.2 dot.case lowercase names scheduled for 2026-04-15 (sales.ops + chief.staff joint pass)
- Sponsoring Exec dropdown has
pm+ blank labels beyond the canonical 5 values — harmless, noted in Jordan's schema smoke test
