Purpose

Data platform for Ecosystem Hub (partner/company ICP data) and secondary CRM for prospects. Functions as a flexible spreadsheet-database hybrid for data that doesn't fit Monday.com's project structure.

Notes

  • Top ICP targets overwhelmingly use Salesforce + Slack + Microsoft 365 (early pattern from the 113-record dataset)
  • Apollo enrichment credit limit: 75/month on Basic plan, resets 1st of month
  • Credit tracker historically at _Shared/Data/apollo-credit-tracker.md (production path — migration pending)
