Airtable¶
Purpose¶
Data platform for Ecosystem Hub (partner/company ICP data) and secondary CRM for prospects. Functions as a flexible spreadsheet-database hybrid for data that doesn't fit Monday.com's project structure.

Known patterns:
- Max 10 records per update call
- Use typecast: true for select fields
- Apollo enrichment feeds the Ecosystem Hub via the /enrich-prospect skill

category.positioning — as the marketing + ICP research owner. The Ecosystem Hub is central to ICP targeting work. cmo at the executive layer.

- Top ICP targets overwhelmingly use Salesforce + Slack + Microsoft 365 (early pattern from the 113-record dataset)
- Apollo enrichment credit limit: 75/month on Basic plan, resets 1st of month
