Purpose

Google's LLM used in council review multi-LLM panels — provides diverse model perspective alongside Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Llama when evaluating high-stakes decisions.

How we use it

Council review panels per CLAUDE.md Section 10 (SOP-EXEC-council-review-v1.0 pending). Not yet heavily integrated into daily agent workflows.

Setup & credentials

API key in 1Password or accessible via Google AI Studio (ai.google.dev — sign in with info@ecomonetize.com). Web interface at gemini.google.com. No MCP integration — used directly during council review sessions.

Notable capability: 2M token context window (Gemini 1.5 Pro) — useful for council reviews involving large documents or full session transcripts.

Owner

chief.staff — owns the council review SOP and triggers Gemini panels as part of multi-LLM evaluation.

Notes

Council review is the primary use case. Consider Gemini's strengths (long context, multimodal) for specific review types.
