Morning Briefing

Purpose

Daily HTML dashboard generated each morning aggregating: today's calendar events, unread email triage, competitive intelligence changes, active project status, priority tasks, and new ecosystem resources. Rick's morning single-pane-of-glass view before starting the day.

How it's built

Generated by morning-briefing.sh script (pre-Jordan tooling) which pulls data from 6 sources and renders into the eco|monetize™ branded HTML design system (Inter + Space Grotesk fonts, dark/light toggle, glass-morphism cards).

Hosting

Historically served via Tailscale through content-server.py. Per Jordan's 2026-04-14 audit, the HTML instance lives at /Claude/dashboards/production-migration/morning-briefing.html and will be routed to either /operations/reports/daily/ (my earlier suggestion) or /operations/reports/briefings/ (Jordan's audit proposal).

chief.staff (going forward) — aligns with the CEO Daily Summary responsibility per CLAUDE.md Section 13.

Notes

  • Consolidation opportunity: the Morning Briefing and the CEO Daily Summary cover overlapping territory. Future Obsidian Dataview dashboards may absorb both into a single live view.
